Wayne Carey is keen to be a forward coach do you see a club taking a chance with him?

If there is a club that aspires to the theory Yesterday is history, todays the present & tomorrows the future, that club would greatly benefit from the football expertise of Wayne Carey. In 2006 Carey worked at Collingwood as a part time assistant coach, refusing an offer of a fulltime role. In 2007 the year after Carey's term as Collingwood part time forward coach, centre half forward Travis Cloke won the clubs best and fairest award, the Copeland trophy. Coincidence or not, Carey would have had a great influence, and i believe he would again, especially if working with players like Jack Watts, at Melbourne, or Kurt Tippett and Taylor Walker at Adelaide. After finishing at Collingwood, Carey told Eddie McGuire he had not given the club 100%, claiming he was not in the right head space for the job . The Pies CEO at the time Greg Swann, now Carlton CEO, said "he (Carey) was good, he taught our forwards a lot : the issue is, does he want to keep on going ? its a part time versus full time thing". In recognition of Carey's previous time at Collingwood, the Pies could again be interested, as could Greg Swann and Carlton.
