Why are there a disproportinate amount of black people in prison.?

Is it there exclusiveness,and they keep others at arms length,do they percieve society as vulnerable,and an easy touch,are they afraid to succeed,do they relish in playing the role of victim,and not put in the footwork to get on in life,do they believe they are the king of the jungle,and should have an easy life,do they suffer from the seven deadly sins,and have no idea of what they are dealing with.(Please no blamers,or victim statements)
